Returns and Exchanges

When you receive your item, check thoroughly for any defects, only when completely happy and satisfied with the item you should then wear the garment/item or wash it.

Returned abayas should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund for the items on receipt. Items should be returned in the same condition and packaging they were purchased in within 7 days

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If we receive the item in a condition which does not meet our criteria we reserve the right to return the item to the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs.

It is important that the following information is also included:

– Name and Order Number e.g #6704

– Reason for return

– Item you wish to exchange for if exchange wanted ( including item name, colour and size)
