UK Orders

Delivery time is 4-5 working days after the order has been placed. All orders are sent first class recorded so we are able to track all orders sent out

You should receive the parcel in the time frame stated above, in the unlikely event if you do not receive your parcel please contact us.

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding a late delivery. This will usually be a problem on the courier companies side, which unfortunately is out of our control.

International Delivery Information

For International Express we ship via DHL, Fedex and UPS who provide tracking information on your parcels progress.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

International deliveries can take from 7-14 working days for arrival.
